Our menu is inspired by the land and the sea that surround us, using fresh and locally sourced ingredients. Our head chef Fedencio Abad Junior & his team take great pride in sourcing, preparing and delivering every plate that leaves our kitchen. Along side them, our Food and Beverage manager, Michelle Bradley and her team are equally proud of the warm, friendly and efficient service they provide and always go the extra mile to ensure you feel welcome and well looked after.
